Community College - Monday Class - Stress - October 13

Dear All,

Yesterday we talked about dealing with stress, when you get stressed and how you feel when you get stressed. I believe everybody has their own answers.

Talking about stress, I get stressed when there is a big ceremony. I also get dressed when I find my students having problems on their lessons; because that might mean they can't understand what I am teaching in class.

When I am stressed, I cannot sleep well at night, I will keep thinking about the problems I am encountering that time. I will keep thinking about it until the problems are solved.

About our homework this week, "How do you deal with your stress?" I usually cry when I am stressed or go hot spring as well as get a massage.

Please tell me how you feel when you are stressed and what you do to deal with it.

Generally, I hardly feel stressed, but if there are lots of works need to be finished with a tight schedule or my boss give me a big mission, I might be under pressure because I want everything to be done accurately and perfectly. When I am under stress, I easily feel tired and irritable. To release my stress, I cry sometimes, also I go biking alone, listen to the music or just lie down on my bed and let my mind be blank. After all, tomorrow is another day.

When I have some problems I don’t know how to do or I don’t know how to choose it, I get stressed. Sometimes I will take a walk and thinking , sometimes I will watch TV and don’t think anything , sometimes I will go shopping and eat more food, sometimes I will change my mine and just do it don’t care someone how to say . For a log time these problems are not difficult, maybe they are gone.

Dear Olga,
You did very well. There are just a few things you need to notice. "Sometimes I will take a walk and thinking." --> Sometimes, I will take a walk and think. "sometimes I will watch TV and don’t think anything" --> sometimes, I will watch TV and don't think of anything. Plus, change my MIND. Don't care about what other people say or think. After awhile, these problems are not problems anymore.

Urgent schedule always makes me crazed. I hate to do things in a hurry. That will makes me stressed. When I feel stressed I will be irritable and want to evade. But I always tell myself that if I want to clear my stressed I just one thing to do, finished the work then my stressed will be gone!!
